Solar Panels
The solar panel industry is moving so fast with new variations in performance, silicone, alternative theories on cell connections, half cut cells, different backing material, back light solar gain, frame colours, size, backing colour and so many other variables it's hard to maintain a current list of stock onhand. We are lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the Australian buying power and volume quantity of panels supplied into the south pacific that we see more renewed stock than most places in the world. It does however mean that whats available today might be sold out by tomorrow so use our listings as a guide, understand there are different panels for different applications and make contact with us for our latest offerings.
Residential or Commercial Solar Panels
J.A. Solar is no newbie to the panel manufacturing game, with all the latest technology advancements integrated into their factory they will mingle with the best. Performance, power, and aesthetics are all on par with what has become a pretty even playing field. Wattages with J.A. Solar are potentially ahead of the trend while focusing on taller panels rather than wider which means more panels per metre of rail which lowers your overall cost of installation.
All panels are now built using half-cut wafers. What that means is what used to be a 60-cell panel became a 120-cell panel. A 72 cell became a 144. Recently we have seen a growing trend of 108 cell panels and a trend to remove the half-cut references as all large area format panels are created this way as it's proven to be more shade efficient. So we might see a 120-cell panel go back to being called a 60-cell panel again shortly etc.
